2. Liability Disclaimer
Seller shall not be held responsible for off-label use, misuse, or non-compliance with federal, state, or local regulations. Buyer assumes all liability once products are received.

3. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Seller is not liable for delays due to inspections or carrier disruptions.

4. Returns
Due to safety regulations, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products reported within 1 day of receipt, and only if sealed and unused.
